The AF Hotel is a nice property not far from the beach side of Puerto de la Cruz surrounded by restaurants and in front of the bus station. the views of the terrace are very nice and the pools are definitely the best this hotel has to offer. the price is completely fair ! all of the staff is super nice, kind and ready to help out.

Very clean room and facilities. Comfortable bed with 2 big pillows. Air-conditioning is working fine and keeps the room nice (it was +32 outside). The 2 pools on the roof seem quite small and not very deep. But it's for relax mostly I guess. Staff in resrurant very nice and the chef that made the live cooking for dinner explained all you needed to know about the food, very friendly! My room had a small balcony with views over a worn down old parking garage, maybe not the most spectacular view, but I didn't spend time on the balcony anyway. Shower in the room was ok with hot water, but the flat floor made the water poor out onto the bathroom floor. I can see how some might find the bathroom set-up a bit to little privacy(glass windows and door so you can see inside from the hall of the room) but for me as a single traveler, no problem. Food was definitely ok for the price range and at dinner had plenty of choice from hot plates to cold meats and cheese etc. Breakfast had a little less choice but your standard english/American choices and fruits. Juice machine better than average. I would definitely return because of the room and kind staff!

Room was more than adequate as a single traveller, safe & minibar/fridge came in useful. Staff were very friendly and helpful, cleaners always greeted you with a smile and a friendly "Hola" The rooftop swimming pools & sunbathing area were clean and not overcrowded. I stayed as Breakfast Only and the food was as to be expected, buffet style, I found the choice plentiful, some of the hot "English Style" items were a bit hit & miss, generally depending on what time you arrived, some items were only just warm, this obviously depended on the rotation. I did find that getting there early (starts at 7:30) was better as less busy and fewer queues at the toast and drinks machines. All in all it was a pleasant stay and good value for money and would recomend.

Breakfast choice was very good and breakfast staff worked well. The location is close to city centre and a variety of restaurants. Room was nice and clean.

The location is really perfect for a stay in puerto de la cruz, it's 5min walking to all the restaurants and bars yet still far enough away from the noise (nightlife). we had room 507 and was super quiet and nice! Make sure you don't take a room with a view on the street/sea or Teide as these are on the surrounding streets with more noise. the 2 pools on top are also nice and with salt water.

The room was great. the view was good even though it was not overlooking the sea on the whole the staff were very helpful the pool area was brilliant
